General terms and conditions

  1. Scope

All services of Steinborn SPA are provided exclusively on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions also apply to all declarations of intent, contracts and legal transactions of our company with our customers and / or contractual partners. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer / contractor are not applicable. Counter-confirmations of a customer or contract partner with reference to its own terms and conditions of business are hereby expressly contradicted. These terms and conditions do not form part of agreements, contracts or the basis of a service provided by us. Unless this is expressly confirmed by our company in writing.

  1. Services in general

The massages offered by Steinborn SPA are all spa treatments. These serve exclusively for relaxation, revitalization and health prevention. They do not constitute a medical service or medical treatment. Should the customer be in need of treatment-related, health-related disorders, or are suspected of being, he is required to consult with his doctor before using a massage.

  1. Disclaimer

Known symptoms such as allergies, physical restrictions of any kind, pressure-sensitive skin, pregnancy or acute diseases, especially diseases of the cardiovascular system, vascular diseases, infectious diseases, febrile diseases and inflammatory processes, ulcerations, haemophilia (hemophilia), arteriosclerosis, dermatosis and open wounds must be displayed to the staff of Steinborn SPA before treatment. If, despite expert application, consequential damage occurs that is attributable to the fact that a customer does not conceal reasons for exclusion, the company is exempted from all liability. The same applies to damages that arise because a reason for exclusion was not known to the customer and was not recognizable to us.

  1. Appointments

Appointments can be made on the premises or by phone. A late appearance on the agreed date can also be deducted from the treatment time in the interest of the subsequent customers.

A shortening of the treatment during the appointment does not lead to a price reduction. The full treatment price has to be paid according to the booking.

  1. Appointment cancellations

If deadlines cannot be met, they must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

In the case of non-compliance with the above deadlines, we reserve the right to demand a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price. Failure to attend an appointment without prior information to our company, this can be charged to 100% or a coupon expire, unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Gift voucher

The voucher shipment is subject to shipping costs. Vouchers are generally transferable to other persons, their validity is three years from the date of issue. Cash payment of the voucher counter value is excluded in principle.

The effectiveness of the purchase contract for the voucher occurs with delivery to the customer. The redemption can only be made after payment has been made. To redeem an appointment must be made and the voucher must be brought to the appointment.

  1. Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter) or by returning the voucher. To keep the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the cancellation or the voucher is sufficient.

  1. Revocation sequences

If the revocation is effective, the mutually received benefits are to be returned.

Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or the voucher, for us with their receipt.

Your right of revocation expires prematurely if the voucher was used with your express consent before the end of the revocation period or if you have arranged it yourself.

  1. Bonus card

The bonus card will be issued in the name of the customer. A transfer of the bonus card to other persons as well as the payment of the loyalty bonus is excluded. A combination with other discounts is not possible.

  1. Prices

It is always the current price list. The last price list loses its validity with the appearance of the new list.

  1. Jurisdiction / Applicable Law

Jurisdiction is Munich. German law applies.

  1. Final provisions

If parts or individual formulations of these terms and conditions should not, no longer or not completely comply with the applicable legal position, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions remain unaffected in their content and validity.
